CU Boulder Blockchain - Request for Hardware Grant for Squad Staking

About Me:

CU Blockchain is a vibrant and growing community at the University of Colorado Boulder. Over the past year, our club has organized several successful conferences and events aimed at promoting blockchain technology and fostering networking opportunities within the industry. We are deeply engaged with the local Boulder blockchain community and are committed to expanding our impact. Currently, we are focused on revitalizing the blockchain curriculum within our school’s academic offerings and implementing governance systems to streamline club operations and ensure effective management.

Why I’m Requesting a Grant:

As a relatively new organization, CU Blockchain faces challenges related to financial constraints and limited support from the university. This grant would be instrumental in enabling us to participate in Obol’s innovative democratic staking project, which will provide our members with cutting-edge experience and help university students gain practical skills essential in the evolving blockchain landscape. The funding will support our efforts to offer educational resources and hands-on learning opportunities, which are crucial for staying competitive in the blockchain field. Without this financial support, we will struggle to sponsor and execute these valuable projects on our own.
