To maintain the integrity and fairness of the Retroactive Funding - Round1 (RAF1) process, all applicants must adhere to the following rules. Violations may result in disqualification:

Promises of Future Impact: Applications must highlight past contributions and proven impact. Promises of future deliverables or impact will not be accepted.

False Statements & Deception: Providing false claims or misleading information is strictly prohibited.

Hateful Content: No applications may contain racist, sexist, discriminatory, or otherwise hateful content.

Deceiving Delegates: Submitting malicious or deceptive content that could cause harm or unintended consequences for users is forbidden.

Fraud & Impersonation: Applicants must represent their true identity or affiliation.

Advertising: Using the RAF application process to advertise, such as promoting token sales or NFT drops, is not allowed.

Bribery: Bribing delegates or engaging in vote-buying is strictly forbidden.

Contacting Delegates to Promote Your Application: Directly reaching out to delegates through private channels (e.g., DMs) to promote your application is not permitted.

Outside of RAF’s Scope: Applications must have a clear relationship to the goals and spirit of the round. Contributions outside the scope of the round will not be considered.

Spam: Applications must be relevant, original, and complete. Submissions containing irrelevant answers, plagiarized content, broken links, unrelated impact metrics, or content in languages other than English will be considered spam and disqualified.

Duplicate Applications: Submitting multiple applications for the same contribution by the same individual, project, or group is not allowed.
