The first phase of the Governance cycle #4 has concluded. To advance, proposals needed approval from four top-100 Delegates (by voting power). If successful, proposers will submit them on the Obol Voting Platform within a day after the first two weeks end—this period is called the “voting delay.”
*A snapshot of delegate voting weights will be taken at the start of the voting window. Voting will take place via the official Obol Voting Platform
