The first phase of the Governance cycle #1 has concluded. To advance, proposals needed approval from four top-100 Delegates (by voting power). If successful, proposers will submit them on the Obol Voting Platform within a day after the first two weeks end—this period is called the “voting delay.”

A snapshot of delegate voting weights will be taken at the start of the voting window. Voting will take place via the official Obol Voting Platform. All delegates are invited to participate and cast their votes.

The following proposals are eligible for voting in Governance cycle #1:

OIP#1 Building and Enabling Staking for the OBOL Token >> Link to Tally >> End voting period is : 2025-03-12T05:29:00Z

Only one proposal has been added to the vote. Where is the second one?

I’ll quote @Toma-ObolAssoc 's message in Telegram:

Hey everyone. The OIP#2 (Unlock) will be posted asap for voting along OIP#1 (Staking). The Bybit hack led to SAFE integration on Tally being restricted but it should be resolved today and allow the posting of the proposal onchain. Thanks for the patience.
