@moatazelmasry Yes, exactly!

I would also like to callout that it does not mean that the Token will be unlocked immediately after that.  
As written in the proposal:

> We seek approval from the Obol community and Delegates to implement this unlocking mechanism when the centralised exchanges listings are ready.
