**Rationale:** The proposal was submitted without securing the required endorsements as mandated by Obol DAO’s governance rules and should have considered ongoing discussion [here](https://community.obol.org/t/exceptional-claim-process-for-early-contributors-who-missed-the-deadline/501/9)  
Voting against it upholds the integrity of the DAO’s governance process and emphasizes the necessity of adhering to rules and current procedures.
